I consider myself as a humble devotee of Baba, though at times I am not happy with the sincerity of my devotion to Him. By profession I am a Chartered Accountant working in Doha, Qatar. I live with my wife and 6 year old boy.

Big thanks to the team who maintain this page which helps Sai devotees to share their divine experience with Sai. I was praying to Baba actively since last 3 years. When I was a kid of around 10 years old, I used to do Sai Pooja on Thursdays in our ancestral home. Also I used to visit Sai Baba temple at Mylapore, Chennai frequently when I was studying my CA which was a blissful experience.

The problem I faced was that I was stuck with a job for last 5 years and was struggling to find any motivation. I started reading ‘Sai Satcharitra’ and another book ‘Sai Baba Is Still Alive’ with a prayer to find a good job to my liking. The challenge was to find a good job and since I handle many things at work, I was sceptical how many days I need to serve notice period and whether my new employer will wait for that long for me to join. These were my apprehensions. Beginning January 2017, I attended interview with a good company and based on the reaction of the interviewers they were satisfied and one of the guy told me that I was almost through and only just needed to meet their Chairman as a formality before I join. I was happy with the progress. Meantime I saw in my email inbox an interview call from another company which I missed to check for 4 days. I was not very much interested to respond also as the first job was confirmed. Still I replied to that email from the second company as a formality. Next day I got call from the second company requesting for an interview. I attended it and I found the interviewer was also a CA who was looking for an assistant. It was more like an informal interview. He told me he would revert after discussing with his Managing Director.

One week went by and I did not get confirmation from the first company. I got little anxious and called them up and they told me that they had selected another candidate which was quite surprising for me. So now the second company became important for me. I was speaking to my wife that I wanted Baba’s Udi. Within in few days, one evening my neighbour brought packets of Udi from Shirdi. And within few hours I received job offer from the second company by email. There is no doubt in my mind that receiving Udi and offer letter within in few hours was nothing but Baba’s blessing. Even my wife was saying that this job was given by Baba Himself. Later I came to know that the first company was a difficult one to work with lot of issues and I was lucky that I didn’t join there. I submitted my resignation to my old company and they accepted it without much fuss. I had to work 2.5 months as notice period. But thankfully my new company waited for me patiently which was again a blessing of Baba as no company will normally wait for that long for a candidate. Still my gratuity is pending from my old company.

I know Baba will help me to get my rightful money on time. My only prayer is I should be able to work hard and prove myself in the job given by Baba. My son who is 6 year old also does Pooja to Baba which is a divine sight for me and my wife. I have also done Nav Guruvar Vrat. I want to read Satcharitra 1 chapter every day to purify my mind from unwanted thoughts and to give purpose to my life. There are no enough words to thank Sai for all His blessings.
