Sai Leela- 491 - Baba helped us board the train on time
Om Sairam, i just want to narrate a Leela of baba on how if you
leave it to him he would take care however small it is.
We are from Chennai and we had a wedding of my cousin
to attend in Kerala. My parents had traveled couple of days back itself and we
together had to return post wedding.
We had a train to board
from Chennai at 7.45 pm and planned to leave home by 6.30. Normally traveling
time takes about 35-40 minutes. So our plan is that we would reach by 7.15-7.20
pm
On that day due to some
delay at our end and also due to unavailability of cabs we got ou4 cab booked
only by 6.45 and we boarded the cab by 6.50 pm. I didn't think much about it and
boarded the cab as usual along with my family. Post boarding the cab when I
looked at the driver map it said heavy traffic and drop off by 8pm, our train
was at 7.45pm.
Initially I was shocked
and then checked even my map and it said the same. We requested the driver to go
fast but he tried, first 3-4 kms took about 25 minutes and we thought we are
going to miss the train for sure.
Since it was Kerala, we
had also planned for an important temple since my entire family including my
brother's family was there.
My wife was one side
praying to Baba and she suddenly said why don't we take an auto Rickshaw and try
atleast it would reach 10 mints early. I was like it would be 7.50 and we would
however miss the train.
But somehow my wife was
telling me again and i thought of trying the same without any confidence.
We de-boarded the taxi
and took an auto. It was 7.18 pm and there was 7kms to cover in Chennai's
heavy traffic. Auto man said he will try his best.
Now me, my wife and my
kid started praying to Baba with utmost faith and left it to Baba. Bingo Auto
had Baba Photo inside and we started gaining confidence. By the way, during the
entire journey my son who is 7yrs old was telling us if you pray and stay
positive we shall reach it.
This is where Baba's 11
saying comes -
"If
you cast your burden on me, I shall surely bear it"
Auto man was like a saviour sent by Baba to us, he was
old but drove like a pro and reached the station by 7.36 and we boarded the train by
7.41pm.
It was all like a dream for me, this Leela might look
small for others but for us it was a long awaited trip plus everything planned
including return tickets, rooms all were booked and also my cousin's wedding.
By Baba's grace we did everything as per plan and
reached back home safely. Typing this while I'm returning home.
However small it might be, just leave it to Baba and it shall be taken care. Jai Sairam
